Building Code Plan Review
NRG provides comprehensive building code plan review services to ensure the building project complies with the Massachusetts State requirements for the permit application process. The pricing for plan review is based on the square footage of the scope of work of the project. After a free consultation discussing the needs of the project, you will receive a quoted price for the plan review.
Building Code Consulting Services
NRG provides Building Code Consulting Services outside of plan review. The services may include code-related questions independent of active projects. Inspection of site conditions of active projects through pictures, videos or site visits. The services include an unlimited number of inquiries for a flat monthly cost of $125. If an inquiry requires a 30-minute consultation or site visit, there will be an additional $30 for each 30-minute consultation and $50 for each site visit.
